Guidelines for attachment and Criteria for Supervising Dealers

Guidelines for Attachment and Criteria for Supervising Dealers

All new applications for attachment must be accompanied by a monitoring plan from the supervising dealer, the completed attachment form and the prescribed attachment fee. This monitoring  plan must include key deliverables, timelines, train methods utilized and structure in place in relation to the attachment for this applicant.

No more than 2 persons will be allowed to be attached to a dealer, however a supervising dealer may submit a proposal for a case review in the event this amount is to be exceeded

It should be duly noted that attachment going forward must be completed within three years or the application would be voided.
