The mission of the Real Estate Board is to put in place systems that promote acceptable standards of professional and ethical conduct in the business of real estate and land development in order to protect the mutual interests of all persons involved in such dealings.

Regulate and control the practice of real estate business;
Supervise the disposal of land in development schemes;
Ensure that a high standard of professional conduct is maintained by persons in the industry, as well as by those seeking to enter;
Monitoring of Dealers, Salesmen and Developers to ensure that they comply with the requirements of the Real Estate (Dealers and Developers) Act and the Real Estate (Dealers and Developers) Regulations, promulgated under the Act.

 

ADVISORY - Members of the public who intend to use the services of a real estate dealer, salesman or developer should take certain steps to protect themselves.
