CHANGE IN THE WAY FEES ARE PAID

Please note that as of April 1, 2008 you may make your payments by using your Debit Card at the office of the Real Estate Board. We will still be utilising Bank of Nova Scotia vouchers.  Vouchers are available at the office of the Real Estate Board.

Upon payment of the fees, please take in the Board’s copy of the voucher to the office of the Real Estate Board or fax to (876) 926-0010.

It is important that dealers and salesmen are licensed as it is illegal to practice the business of real estate without a licence.  The sanctions for non compliance are referred to in Section 10 (2) of the Real Estate (Dealers & Developers) Act.  In addition, all developers of schemes in excess of five (5) lots/units must also be registered by the Real Estate Board.  The sanctions for non compliance are referred to in Section 35 (7) of the Real Estate (Dealers & Developers) Act.

NB: Only Manager's Cheques and Debit Cards Will Be Accepted By The Real Estate Board
